Development Approval Applications

Under the Planning Act 2016 (Qld), “development” generally refers to any action that involves reconfiguring a lot, making a material change of use, carrying out building work, operational work, or plumbing and drainage work. Reconfiguring a lot: This includes subdividing land, merging lots, or changing lot boundaries.
